What dimension was 1" out?  I'm curious as I used Eddy's drawings as references for the chassis I built.

Roddy - it was the location of the seam on the front face of the front box.  It wouldn't make a difference for your chassis.

Thanks, that's a relief!  I have some tire clearance issues at the front, hence the question.

The front section is actually double box sectioned for greater strength.

What do you mean by "double box sectioned"?

The front box is strengthened by a horizontal structure about half way up that partially divides it into two boxes.  That horizontal structure helps to resist buckling in the middle.
