I don't have all the particulars yet, I got a Facebook message from Richard Parramint who runs the Classic Lotus workshop tours.

The type 62 of which only two were built is for sale. Chassis # 1 is the Alex Bollinger  car. The other resides in Japan, once I get more info I will pass it on.
