Please i.d. this part

Hi all,   I have a set of clips with what looks like a Renault part number of 204.741.   They are stacked in multiples, as you can see.
Any ideas as to what these clips are/for?

Which Europa are these supposed to go to?

I have no idea and I hope you find out but if you're restoring your car and you're like me, when you finally get to where they belong, you'll make your own bit that does the same thing because you either forgot about them or didn't recognize they belonged there!  :P

36H 6008 is the Lotus number.  Also used on Triumphs IIRC.

The Triumph part number is on the tag, 204741.
