New member - TCS project
« on: Thursday,May 26, 2022, 10:37:49 PM »
I’d like to thank everyone for allowing me to join your community. I am the new owner/caretaker of this Europa. Work is keeping me quite busy at the moment however I have plans to start sorting through all of the boxes of parts and begin the resurrection party in the next few weeks. I am some what familiar with these cars but certainly not an expert …..yet!
I wanted to let everyone know the car has a safe home in Kansas and while not a priority over other projects in the shop, forward progress will begin shortly.
I appreciate your site, your knowledge base and hope I can contribute to this awesome community of Europa enthusiasts!  👍😁

:Welcome: Again. I am glad you now have a place to share your Europa restoration. The front quarter of the car on the right of your new Europa looks interesting. Would you like to share your other projects with us?

Welcome aboard, Brian. Your enablers are standing by. Cheers  :beerchug:
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.

I think you might be referring to the '66 Cortina MK1 patiently waiting its transformation into a vintage racer. Building a custom cage for it is next on it's list.  :welder:

I work on all of them a little bit at a time, it keeps me from getting bored with one project.
Sometimes I will get mentally trapped on one car if everything is flowing really good but i usually try to spread the time all around.
