I had to drive ten hours to find mine.  I know of only two others in the area.  both owned by the same guy.

A local club that may have a listing or two for a Europa is http://pedc.org/  positive earth car club.  good group of guys here. 

I would recommend British racing group, by way of Robert Konick      rkonick@britishracinggroup.com  if you are actively looking.  Also, Steel wings has a car every other month or so - http://www.steelwings.com/  ask for Ed. 

Finally, there is a very active Philadelphia lotus club  http://lotuspals.ning.com/  Pals.
