I have a TCS and almost every time I try to answer a question about an S2 thinking the TCS and S2 are very similar except that they have different engines… and every time I find just how different they are but I’m going to throw caution to the wind thinking that this is surely one of the things that actually is the same and give you my answer.

The DB10 is bolted to the vertical surface of the front trunk inside the car behind the dashboard. On a US car, it is on the driver’s side.

That was pretty easy (and possibly wrong). The location of the signal and hazard flasher is probably more variable. On the TCS (and likely the TC) they are clipped in clips that are screwed into the back of the dashboard near the bottom near the backbone about where your right thigh is when sitting in the car (US cars of course). I suspect the location in the S2 is similar.

After all that, I hope that helps.

I can point out the DB10 location with pictures but the turn and hazard relays’ on my car were moved from behind the facia just below the wiper switch.
I’ll check to see if I have a pic .
Enjoy this simplistic wiring diagram I drew up, I can send you other breakouts of individual circuits to help visually.

And pic 4 showing 1 holder the other was mounted just above or below.

You may have this wiring schematic . If you’re not seeing the large box with the wire colors in that area . http://www.lotus-europa.com/manuals/misc/electrical/s2-diagc.gif

I’m on my iPhone so it’s hard to see if the holes are in your front boot previously.
I’ll go back and check your vin nbr.

Sammy,if your DB10 is missing, put DB10 in the search function, there is a way of duplicating it with four relays, by Roger in 2019.

Or, PM me; I have a few that I've pulled and sitting in a box in my PA garage (yeah I know I've been behind on shipping out free stuff I promised...between work and illnesses, it's been a challenging couple months...)

What I'm getting at is  do you have the colored coded wires to hook up to a DB10?
