Title: Trimming the door seals

Does anyone have a preferred method to trim/miter the ends of new door seals?

I used tin snips (metal cutting scissors). Once you cut through the metal bit, the rest can be cut with normal scissors.

I tried a hack saw, but that was f'ing useless.
