I fit!

I went to the garage tour and found out I fit in a Twin Cam no problem! I also met some very nice people!
Don - thanks for hosting it and for the food!
Glen - thanks for ride the in your beautiful Europa!
Bruce - thanks for letting me sit in your nice unrestored Europa!
Ted - nice to meet you!
Tim - nice to meet you!

It was a great day with beautiful weather! I decided a Twin Cam looks better than I thought in person (wish an S2 had shown up for me to check out).

It sounds like you had a good time and you found you'll be able to fit in your baby (I suspect that even if you get an S2, you'll fit but I admit that I don't think I've ever sat in one!).

I like the TC body better but it is a very personal choice. They both have their own "style."

Now you just need to find your own baby!

TurboForce, great to finally meet you and I’m glad we got to go for a drive together. I think you’ll find the Europa intoxicating irrespective of what model you end up with. As BDA said, I am partial to the Twin Cam versions but all Europa’s are cool cars.

TurboForce, nice meeting you as well.   you're not too far away, so be sure to come up and check out my Europa Special for sale.  The original color was Lagoon Blue, so don't let the "poop-brown" color distract you! :)
