I'm trying to clean out my garage so I've made a list of Europa parts (specifically for TCS but some may be applicable to other Europas) that deserve a good home. They are in the spreadsheet I've uploaded to this post.
I haven't put any prices but if you let me know what you're interested in I'm sure we come to a reasonable agreement. Either reply to this post or PM me for questions.
Thanks!

Is it just my computer, all I'm getting is what looks like alien symbols found on a Roswell flying saucer mixed with a little Russian...

BDA, I'm interested in your ABS corners for the windshield. I'll send you PM.
-
BDA, I also sent you a PM on the Girling brake booster rebuild kits.

Hey Blaster,
It should work. If you left click on the attachment where it says "Lotus Spares1.xlsx" it should either download or it might try to open it up in MS Excel. If you don't have that, I can send you a text copy. PM your email address to me.

email sent! :)

BDA,
I don't have a latest version of Excel, and cannot read a xlsx file. Could you post this as a txt or xls file?
-
Here it is in xls format. PM me with your email address if you have a problem reading it and I'll send you the text version. The forum software won't allow me to attach a text file.

Airbox Breather tube, Speedometer and Heater Valve! Please

If anyone else is struggling with the file formats, the original file opens in my version of Libreoffice.
For anyone who doesn't have the latest MS Office Libreoffice is a public domain/free office package which you can get for both Windows and Linux. It's not perfect by any means but I've got quite attached to it over the last few years and it seems to handle most common formats of spreadsheets & documents.

Good point, Brian. OpenOffice works, too. Both are free.

I am looking for a passenger seat (any condition) and a Tach. My seat is too nice to modify and my wife hates the headrest on the stock item. I am looking for a seat to customize for her.
Thanks.
-
Sorry, I can't help you with either of those. Hopefully someone will be able to set you up.
Sometimes a tach will show up on ebay. You can buy a new Smiths tach at APT (http://www.gaugeguys.com/classic-gauges.html) or Nisonger (http://www.nisonger.com/smiths-classic-gauges.htm). The tach APT shows has a tell tale but they may be able to sell you one without it. Nisonger's electronic tach doesn't show a tell tale. The probably both come with the half-V bezel so if you're concerned about it matching your other gauges, ask if they can give you a rounded bezel.
Good luck!

Ottocycle, check out eBay.

That seat is ROUGH but if you're going to modify it anyway maybe you can make it work.

Hi Jim, I am looking for 1 Lotus alloy wheel suitable for refinishing. I am in CT. Can you help? Thanks, Sandy

Do you still have the rd door hinges?
Dakazman

Sorry, I sold them already. Besides r.d's, Banks also has an interesting brass hinge kit.

Hi BDA and thanks for the parts list. I've only seen the add today and realize it's almost 4 years old but worth the question. Are the interior rear view mirrors still available? Also, is there a preference for the plastic or aluminum stalk? My Europa came without the mirror and I don't know what they look like so I'm blank on this.
Thanks.

Hi Footer,
I thought I had an interior mirror or two around and was going to reply when I found them but so far, I've come up empty. I don't know how I came to have the mirror with the aluminum stalk. I would choose the more normal arrangement where you glue a small metal pad on the windshield and attach the stalk to that. I poked around and didn't find anything at Moss Motors. Europa Engineering parts and S.J. Sports cars both have mirrors. I believe they are stick on and probably close to the original size. I also found a more modern day/night 8" mirror at Amazon that is actually close to the size of my stock mirror (https://smile.amazon.com/Pilot-Automotive-MI-009-Night-Mirror/dp/B00AWY9FLO/ref=sr_1_20?crid=3DENYPTYGTXIN&keywords=windshield+mirror&qid=1577477484&sprefix=windsheild+mirror%2Caps%2C141&sr=8-20). At the moment, I have a clip on convex mirror cover on my stock mirror that is almost 10" wide. It does block out a bit of your forward vision but not too much.
I've attached a picture of my stock mirror, the back (windshield side) of it, and the mirror with the clip-on convex tinted mirror.
If I do find any interior mirrors, I'll post that here.
-
Thanks BDA,
Lots of good information and the pictures help a lot. I have the small piece that's glued to the windshield but no mirror yet. The PO is still(5 months latter) going through his stuff to locate the one that's missing as well as some minor odds and ends. I'm hopeful those things will show up.
Your convex add on looks interesting.

If he can't find the mirror, I think you can use acetone to take off the nobbin that is on your windshield.
I bought the convex clip-on from Amazon. There are several there to choose from.
Good luck!

Be careful with mirrors that attach solidly (glue) to the windshield. It is very easy to hit the mirror unintentionally. If the mirror is mounted solidly this can lead to cracking the windshield.
Europa Engineering offers a mirror with an “dim” setting that attaches with double-sided tape. It’s a very good choice as, when you are that low, everyone’s headlights shine in like high beams. If you do bump the mirror, the worst you’ll do is knock it off.
-
PS: the original mirror, at least in the early cars, did not have a dim/night setting.
-
The mirrors on the TCSs (I don't know about the last iteration with the biscuit interior and boot struts but I suspect they were the same) were very light weight and rudimentary with no day/night function. It sounds like the Europa Engineering mirror is probably the one to get.
-
The Dim/Night option sounds very good to me. Thanks!
I got side tracked or would have responded sooner, sorry.
