Frame head T's from Spydercars, group buy?

As posted in a couple other threads.

"Yes, we could manufacture and supply a front suspension bulkhead.
These are the later spec where the damper mounts between the front wishbone spindle bushes.
The cost would be £1000 plus carriage.
You would also need 4 x wishbone spindles @£17.55 each.
 
Lead time would be around 4 weeks from receipt of £500 deposit".

These are certainly easier to ship than an entire chassis, internationally and domestically.
They seem to be the portion of the chassis that suffers the most rot and harder to repair than the simpler surfaces of the back-bone or Y section.

£ to $ has shifted but still not as high as in the past.
Seems we need a "Group buy" for possible price reduction, or to convince one of our domestic suppliers to stock a few?
Even if the unit price cannot be reduced a bulk shipment should be less expensive than individually?

Alternately I can look into making original replacement parts here.
To beat the Spydercars price it would have to be several units.
Cannot bear the expense of custom dies for hole punching so it would be a bit labor intensive.

I would think the market for this would be very small. Most owners probably just buy an entire new frame rather than weld a new T section on and get it aligned right with the rest of the frame.

Spyder are not interested in a GB.
If I am am to get one for myself it will be at their discretion as they do not normally sell chassis components.

Did you try the usual suspects in the States? Way back when, I got my frame from Dave Bean. They might stock them occasionally. r.d. might be an option. Sports Car World in Texas used to  be known for stocking a lot of hard to find used parts. Unfortunately, that is very old information.

No one will be stocking a T section.  They were never available separately.

Another option might be to fabricate a front box section as seen on the Spyder chassis.
It's a much simpler construction and better suited to the home gamer unless insisting on the stock appearance.

I have to get the files to open in a manner that lets me print them.
Trying to avoid using Google if possible, I despise their mining of users data.
With them expanded to where I may read them I will take a serious look at either making my own or contracting a sheet-metal shop.
For just one I know that I could do it, but not how long to find the time for it.
I am in a bit of a hurry to complete this car.
I could just finish repair of the current "T" and that would be fine for decades, but perhaps not as satisfactory to my sense of "Doing it right". 
Like so many this began as a Budget Build. 
If I do go to a sheetmetal shop it will not make sense to do just one.
So they may become available, perhaps as "Flats" for local welding and cheaper shipping.
Maybe I can use the sheetmetal module of my Bendtech software to redraw them, or to look at another way to fab them.
