I have avo shocks and springs on the Europa. The rears are noisy and squeak when going over bumps. The fronts are fine. It’s annoyingly, anyone else had this and ideas on how best to sort it.

Are the springs rubbing on the shock body? If so, the only solution I remember is to glue plastic tubes cut in half onto the shock body. I think people have used tubes from caulk gun dispensers.

r.d. enterprises sells, or used to sell, pieces of teflon that had been treated on one side to take glue along with glue for this purpose. I got it and it works. I've had the teflon glued on my shocks for 20 years and there is no sign of it coming off.

I used Mcmaster p/n 8555K51 which is a 1/32" thick, 12x24" molybdenum di sulphide impregnated nylon sheet. I rolled it up and cut it to the correct length so the ends meet inside the spring. The 12" long side was long enough to protect the shock. I then inserted the rolled up sheet into the id of the spring.
No squeaks. It seems to last as well.
The original shocks had a sort of innertube cover over the shocks. It ripped however over time.

I used a low tech rubber sleeve on my Protech dampers, but only on the rears.
IIRC it was a mountain bike inner tube that I sacrificed.
