Painting the tunnel

After I have the frame media blasted - how do I paint inside the tunnel?

Any way you can. You can take some primer and pour it in the backbone and tilt it different directions to get coverage, maybe a long handled brush... Use your imagination!

You could take it to a dealership or business that does undercoating, they have a long wand for that, it will coat & seal it...

Eastwood sells more than a few products to coat void in car bodies and frames. Some to go over rust?
