Title: 1973 Lotus Europa Brake Switch

Can someone tell em where the brake light switch is located and is it electric or hydraulic

Hydraulic, close to the battery and the exhaust manifold on a TC, by the dipstick.

Is it on the brake line. My Europa has a 1998 Acura Integra motor but I don't think that should make any difference.

Yes, it's hydraulic. It is in a 4-way (I think) tubing union. It uses 3/8 - 24 threads with a washer, of course. Other than that, it's just a standard brake light switch. Many brake switches are 1/8" NPT so if you are replacing it in the original tube union, make sure you get the right one.

Per the photo, left side chassis up against the firewall matting and battery, a four way junction. Apparently, my switch broke off from the junction.

On my 54 it is on the RH frame rail about even with the battery (also on the right)
