It sure looks like the Japanese who seem to be culturally attracted to the Europa have come up with an interesting rendition of the body. I like it except for the matte paint.

I would guess 3 million is the price of the body kit in Yen.   

They must like the warts to decide to keep them on this body kit.

Today's rate Japanese yen to the dollar - 1 yen = $.0076, so 3 million yen = $22,824 that's a tad pricey
Personally, I think its hideous regardless of the color.

I also wonder if having the a pillars come inward would help in egress.
  I’ll try to get a rear view.  I like they did a retro version to a newer car.

The windscreen, dash top, binnacle, side windows and top edge of the doors (including weather seal) along with the way that the roof fits make me think that it’s an Elise (or derivative) based body swap. Front and rear clams styled/moulded from a Europa….
Plus the spec listed is S2 Elise (Toyota).
