So why not try a keto pill? Tier 2 Keto is an oral capsule that you take once a day. It's something you should use every day, but if you want to go keto and you can't find an effective keto pill, then it might be worth a try.  The idea is that it populates your body with extra ketones and helps you get into ketosis faster than if you were to not take the supplement.  The efficacy of the pill is something that will be different for each person.  Diet, activity level and mental state will all influence the efficacy of the pill and your diet in general.

After the first post from that guy, I was willing to cut him some slack if he started posting about Europas, but now it's clear this guy is just a spammer. The website he listed on his profile is a keto diet site, too. He seems to have no connection to anything we are here for so he really should go. Now!
