Stan Swartz had made a pair of these for his Europa and reMarque published it in June of '86 (sorry... I had previously stated that it was in the August '88 issue).  I've modified his design slightly in order to avoid copyright issues.  The rubber sets on the window sill and the notch snaps into the upper channel at the point where the wing meets the channel.  The one in the drawings is for the right-hand door.  Make two, mirror images of each other and let me know how they work out.  Mr. Swartz specified .040 aluminum, but I don't know what blocking that much vision would be like.  Mine is designed as 1/8" plexiglass or lexan.  Hope this helps.

I was never able to find any more info on the deflectors, sorry.

as I have not been to successful in selling the TC, this is something I'll have to look into sometime next year.
