How do I identify my gearbox ?
I’ve identified the engine as Renault 16TX

Do you still have the round metal tag on the tail end?
It is often folded over but can be straitened.
There is a number on it.

But it’s not running yet cos it was all in bits when I got it

Looks to me like a 336 but I could be wrong.
