I have new pics.  One, with the "inspector", is one last pic of the footings.  Next is the stem wall photo.

Whoo boy....    as someone who lives where the biggest predator in the garden is usually a fox, that's a bit scary !

It's clearly not bothered by the presence of man, apart from the obvious buildings there's trucks parked right alongside.  You haven't by any chance decided to build over his den have you ? ;)

There is an upside to living with bears........you may not need to worry about paying next years income tax.

While growing up, my friends dad owned an auto glass shop.   Had a car come in where the bear had through the side glass and tore into the seats.   BAM..........at age 16 my new respect for bears.

Tomorrow it pours.  Colored lines are heated water lines.  Black lines will become footings for the interior walls.

That is some workshop, I bet every Brit on the forum is envious of the amount of space you guys have. Over here that would be a family house, in fact probably 2 family houses !

Looks great though.

This is shaping up to be one fine garage. Looking good.
The Twin Cam plays the symphony whilst my right foot conducts the orchestra. At 3800 rpm the Mad Pipe Organ joins in.
