Truck project
« on: Friday,March 18, 2016, 09:23:18 PM »
Since I have been blasting you guys enough on my TCS thread about truck crap here is its own thread.

I got the discs on it today with the redone 86 front crossmember. Also my bracket fits quite nicely! Hopefully I can get my exhaust welded up this weekend and dream about getting the cab on it....

Just looking at the beefiness of the trucks A arms, makes you think again of how delicate the Europas arms are.

Everything weighs 10 to 20 times what the same europa part would be. I need to get a side by side of the pedals...

Winding down now...

Shooting for doors, and glass in the next week or so. I need to finish out the gas line to the rear and then get started on the steering assembly. Because the steering gear is a different size and with my bracket offset I will need to use a steering linkage with u-joints.

Now I need to find a truck with a serpentine belt so I can borrow as much as possible from it....

Big cats... No rats!  And you can watch them do silly things! It's a win-win!  :)
