Seat adjuster slides - which side
« on: Friday,November 03, 2017, 01:26:10 PM »
Got the carpet kit in and now I can’t remember if the adjuster goes by the tunnel or the door?  I didn’t mark the seats.    Thanks. Tom

Parts book shows them on the right side of the seat.

On my 73 TCS (which is original with 24,000 miles) the drivers side seat adjuster is on the side next to the tunnel.  The passenger side is next to the door.   I don't know if this is how all are, or if this is unusual.

Tom, if you can't get hold of the single seat runner that you are missing, You might consider simply bolting the passenger seat to the floor until you find one. Just how often do you need to move the passenger seat forward anyway. The Elise does not have an adjustable passenger seat if I recall.

Joji. Yes that's what I'm going to do. Just thought I'd give it a shot to see if any one had one.  Tom
