Fixing Your Master Brake Cylinder
« on: Thursday,June 06, 2013, 11:06:30 AM »
Consider this my Father's Day gift to ya'll.

I recently had to find a solution on how to replace the cover and internals to the master brake cylinder on my car.  Decades of electrolysis had eaten away at the thin aluminum cover, leaving me with a powdered mess and no replacement.

Now, I don't know how big of a problem this is to everyone else, but I fixed mine in my normal fashion.  I've also made an "Instructable" out of it, in case I'm not the only one with the problem.

You'll have to give me a tiny bit of a pass, as I've used a Photoshopped image of my car... But cool looking things are what attracts attention and votes at Instructables.

Enjoy,
Bruce
Yes, it's work...   No, I don't mind it.
