Bud,
It looks like the seller hasn't been on the site since 2018.  I would hazard a guess that the car was sold a while ago.

Whereabouts are you in Canada?  I can send a note to the local Lotus club to see if there's anyone here on the westcoast that has a TC Europa for sale.

Good day and thanx for reaching out to me. I live just outside of Toronto Canada and would entertain any europa as long as it can be trailered. I am looking for a runner that I can redo over time once I get my current Bug Eye project done so I am in no hurry but would love to have one at some point. I just wonder if I can actually get into one OK since I am a bit older but still very agile...hahahah
Have a wonderful day

Good Luck with your search!  My 79 year old Dad can still get in my Europa!  When there is a will there is a way.  LOL he has been getting in and out of them for years though.

Toronto?

The Lotus Club of Canada is based there.  Nothing much going on right now for obvious reasons but, when things start up again, I’m sure a Europa owner there would be delighted to have you try its seat out.

Bud, :Welcome: My 70 Europa is almost ready for fall touring. I am also trying to track down a Europa that has been parked for 20 years just north of Toronto. I will keep the forum posted.
